HYALURONIC ACID: WHAT IS IT?

Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in our body but its production decreases with age. In the form of a perfectly safe gel, it is synthesized and used in aesthetic medicine for all sorts of anti-aging indications: to fill in wrinkles and hollows in the face, to restore volume where we tend to lose it, to fill in dark circles or to plump up the lips. MEDICAL RHINOPLASTY

Medical rhinoplasty allows the nose to be reshaped non-invasively, without the need for a scalpel or general anesthesia, so that the result is natural and the nose is perfectly integrated into the face.

This technique consists of modifying the shape of your nose through the targeted injection of hyaluronic acid, and thus improving its appearance. 

Except for a deviated septum, which requires surgery, many corrections can be made with medical rhinoplasty: small external corrections such as filling in the root of the nose (between the forehead and the nose), certain asymmetries, small bumps, drooping nose tip, etc. 

The session. After consultation and precise analysis of your face and its movements, Dr. HAVET will proceed to the injection of a hyaluronic acid specifically adapted to the area and to the desired result, generally with the help of a needle, or even a micro cannula depending on the case. The number of injection points varies according to the desired result.

For more comfort, the area can be locally anesthetized with a specific cream. Then, depending on the gesture, he can perform a light modeling of the product so that the product is perfectly in place.

The aftermath and the result. A slight redness and swelling may appear in the hours following the injection. The results of hyaluronic acid injections in the nose are visible immediately and last between 8 and 12 months.

AND BOTULINUM TOXIN FOR NOSE WRINKLES?

In some cases, a botulinum toxin tip may also be necessary to raise the tip of the nose or to beautify a nose that has small expression lines on the sides (the rabbit wrinkles), which appear due to facial movements.
